Shocking experience. Visited at around 6:40pm this evening. Despite waiting in line for around 10 minutes, as people in front were served; when I arrived at the front of the queue, the woman serving looked straight past me, calling Whos next please?, only to call the man standing behind me. I was wearing a hi-vis jacket and couldnt have been more obvious. I actually raised my hand to get her attention, yet no attempt was made to acknowledge this. When I did get served, by the man at the service till alongside, he didnt even bother with any address whatsoever no Hello, Can I help you? nothing. I had to check if he was actually waiting to take my order as he stood there with a face like thunder. What is wrong with your staff? Manners cost nothing, yet the McDonalds employees I encountered tonight clearly have none. I never receive a receipt when ordering here, so you can receive your review like this. Edit: 25/4/23. Today I tried to amend my review, following having my order taken by a guy who was really helpful and polite. Unfortunately, when I asked for his name, it was not given and he had disappeared. Unfortunately it seems difficult to provide good feedback on specific individuals at McDonalds.

I went here and asked for a mcplant meal because I wanted one and the menu said they had them but when I asked they said that they didn't have them so I was sad and went to Burger king instead which was ok. So this outlet gets 5 stars for service as they told me accurately that they didn't have what I wanted and 1star for food as I didn't get any
