Absolutely avoid!! completely ruined my coat that I took to dry clean that cost 500, the coat wasnt even clean and they completely ruined the buckles on the belt. The man working at the store (which isnt the usual person) told me that he saw the buckles and belt when I was paying and charged me. When I saw and reported the damage, he lied to tell me that he never saw the condition it was in before taking my money. Then refused to issue a refund when my coat itself cost ten times the price of the dry cleaning that was overpriced in the first place, telling me he will report it to his manager. It seems convenient that he is able to take money with no issue but somehow unable to issue refunds. The dishonesty and lack of responsibility is shocking. The man there on the day wasnt the usual person who I assume was the owner. I paid north of 120 for 3 coats, and am out of pocket 500 for my coat that is now ruined, and there has been zero action. I would have preferred it if they had done nothing at all (which they might as well have as the coat is still not even clean) rather than ruin my coat that cost me more.

Very Unprofessional - they ruined my cashmere sweater by making a hole on the front now I have to pay extra 72 at somewhere else to mend it. Also the service is pricey - I found a better dry cleaning service in pimilico with half price. Avoid this dry cleaning at all costs
