This company failed to show up on site when they were needed/required and as a result wasted my builders time, further costing me nearly 1.000 to prove work had been completed on my drains to the council nearly 3yrs after the fact as they failed to show up when this was done to sign it off. Its taken them 3 YEARS to get my final certificate to me.

I brought The Building Inspector onto my project after having issues with the local authority building control. From the outset the improvement in service levels was clearly demonstrable and a number of issues previously missed were highlighted in a professional way allowing me the time for them to be corrected. The visits and support continued around covid restrictions and the project was signed off with me fully confident that all was in good order. An excellent service from a very professional company who I fully recommend.

We have use this company for our projects. They have been really great and very supportive throughout. Ben our building controller has also very helpful. Very satisfied. Will us them again for next project which is starting next month. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
