Manuela's Cake

Manuela makes some of the most delicious cakes and food. Recently, I ordered a gluten free Tiramisu from her. Manuela went to the effort to make gluten free savoiardi biscuits herself, rather than just buy some alternatives, and it made the dessert that much better. It was delicious and creamy with a great texture. You wouldn't be able to distinguish it from a gluten-containing Tiramisu! I highly recommend her and I think that my next order will be for her yummy GF apple cake!

Manuela made such an amazing cake for my husband's birthday! Great communication with her and she is incredibly talented and pays attention to detail. Honestly couldn't recommend her cakes more !

Exceeded expectations all fronts. The decorations was beautiful. The flavor of the frosting was top notch. Buttercream all the way. The cake was moist, dense and nothing short of delicious. A true treat. Can't picture myself ever using a different baker. Highly recommend!
