I have accounts with Halifax some of them open at this branch. I went there recently to deal with one of my accounts and there were no Advisors at all and was told they will not have then for a couple of months!! could do nothing!! The front desk person was helpful.

Worst branch and customer service ever. Has someone from Head Office ever visited this branch and done a secret shopper test. Absolutely disgusting!
