David and his team carried out structural work and an extension on our house. His team are professional and reliable. All of our neighbours Individually commented on how courteous Davids team was with regard to disruption caused by the building work. This was important to us because we had only recently moved in. I would not hesitate to recommend DNT.

David and the team renovated our Victorian house in late 2019. It needed a lot of work with a wide variety of trades and it was always going to be difficult to specify what needed to be done up front. We needed rewiring, plumbing, roof work, doors, internal changes, bathrooms, ceilings, plastering, decorating, chimney repairs to name a few things. David took this all in his stride and got everything done very professionally. Thoroughly recommended!

Everything you could want in a builder - professional, punctual, hard working and with an obsessive eye for detail. First day, turned up bang on time with a small army! Nothing was too much trouble for them, even with my endless questions and requests. I don't often recommend companies, but I recommend these guys unreservedly. A month long rebuild of my kitchen went so smoothly and the quality of finish is exceptional. Even my dog loved them! Not the cheapest in terms of cost, but worth every single penny and more. I only wish I had more money available to get them to do more renovations for me! David and his team renovated my house for 68 weeks in June/July 2022. I remained resident throughout. They were very sensitive to this and did their best to keep me as comfortable as possible. He is highly organised. All materials were ordered well in advance, and extra tradesmen lined up. His workforce is considerate, friendly and well disciplined. Although he had quoted for the job a year in advance and costs had risen since then, no extra payment was requested.He did not ask for any money in advance and final payment was not requested until all snagging and cleaning was completed. Communication was also easy. He either picks up straightaway or rings back as soon as he can. If you want a brisk, trouble free and totally positive experience, David is your man.
