This place has gone down hill used to b full of good carp on all lakes no fish I. Top lake just babies residents make sure u dont get to good swims and are quite nasty

Lovely place to fish, but the carp lake needs some attention and lots more big fish. Pete the bailiff is a star, really nice guy!

Really nice setting, although if you're unlucky enough to be near the M6 in your accommodation then good luck sleeping. I also found it quite strange that in the height of the summer the restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday and has very limited opening times when it is open.

Right next to M6 traffic going all night could not sleep went home next day caravan was lovely just in the wrong place

Tried all different baits also suggested baits very poor day told to fish the margins for best results only caught small greedy perch and roach taking maggots not even strong enough to sink light tackle
