Westby Hall is a first class caravan storage business. They employ very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always helpful and polite. We just ring up leave a message to say what we want and it happens! Westby Hall also carry out caravan servicing. No job is too difficult. We always feel more confident setting off on holiday knowing our van has been serviced there. If I was going to buy another van i would look there first as they have a small selection of competitively priced pre owned vans for sale. 5 stars! Excellent people to do business with. I highly recommend this business.

We started storing our caravan at Westby Hall in 2009. Excellent service when collecting your van , additional services include a caravan wash or caravan service / repairs without the need to collect and take to the service centre . Great family business, only recently stopped using the facility due to selling our caravan .

I was looking for a Motorhome Repair centre that I felt would give more of a one to one / personal level of service. I got that sense from Wesbty Hall's website - and the experience matched up. From the initial chat with the lady who answers the phone (Sorry I don't know her/your name) through to the ongoing level of service and understanding from Andrew - I couldn't have wished for more support. Andrew was very understanding of my budget constraints and helped me prioritise approaches to fixes that would keep my recently bought very old motorhome (2000) water tight and safe for the season.
