Lift not working so hard to climb 2 flights of stairs, not given alternative even though husband has mobility problems. Somehow should be a warning on web site, so could have booked other inn. Could not reduce air con and didn't want to have window open all night due to traffic. Rooms: Room was clean, bath on small side.
