Poor experience with this agency. Didnt honour the rebate guarantee by sending invoices late and then state you dont pay on time. Future companies be aware. This is from the Sunday Times 3rd fastest growing company in the UK 2017. Matthew Kirkman need to learn about public relations and how to treat customers. He has zero customer service skills and only cares about money. Therefore I feel the lesson to learn is a happy customer might tell 5 of his friends. A dissatisfied customer will go out of his way to tell 50 of his friends. For future customers dont pay the rack rate that they offer you and negotiate their fees down from 25% to circa 10-15%. Watch the money back guarantee as not worth the paper its written on and the payment terms!!!! Contract is very slanted in one way and breaches the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999
