        One star is too much for this shocking insurance company! The worst possible service, still awaiting a refund payment since December and still nothing, just empty promises over and over again! Happy enough to take your money but when you realise the policy isnt actually fit for purpose and cancel the day after taking the policy (so within the 14 days) they wont refund your money even though they promise itll be sent. 14 weeks later and still chasing them. Avoid at all costs!
