Great food! Got a pizza and ended up taking some home as I couldn't finish it! Young lass that served us was very polite and efficient not to mention helpful. Prices are very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate on calling in again. I havnt stayed overnight but I'm certain if it's anything like the resteraunt then the rooms will be very good.

What used to be a very welcoming, great pub with an extensive menu, all cooked to perfection, by friendly staff and welcoming owner has failed miserably today. Food was cold, watery gravy, processed mash potato. The previous owners wouldnt have let their legendary roast dinners be served like that. The manager was rude, miserable and her customer service attitude was appalling. Ive chatted to a previous long standing employee recently and he spoke of his concerns with the new management , he has left. Again today, a very friendly member of the staffing team apologised for her managers disgraceful attitude, clearly embarrassed, confirming what had been previously been voiced regarding the new management.
