I've had to use them a few times now after multiple issues with an inherited boiler on a newly bought property. We wouldn't use anyone else now - they are friendly, reliable and reasonably priced and go above and beyond to resolve any issues.

We were recommended this company. We had some boiler issues and contacted this company. They arrived and sorted the problem out vey quickly. Tim was great and very helpfull. Greg was also so helpfull. The price was very reasonable. They always turned up on time. All were very smart and helpfull. The young lady who answers the phone is lovely. Over many years we have found the service provided by Greg Johnson and his team to be professional, reliable and responsive. Greg has recently installed a Worcester Bosch boiler to schedule and below estimated cost. I have no hesitalion in recommending his firm's services. Larry O'Hara

Through recommendation from a friend we rang Johnson Plumbing and Heating a couple of years ago when we had a problem with our boiler, having tried to contact a couple of different plumbers and never hearing back! Greg got back to us that evening and arranged for an engineer to come to have a look. They were great, quickly diagnosed the problem and organised a replacement part. This was fitted the following day and Greg even rang to check all was well a few days later. We would recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and a company who actually do what they say they will do! Very happy customer and will definitely use them again.
