OnCall Doctors

Brilliant service! Dr Sange is the most wonderful doctor, listens to your needs and is very welcoming. I only went in for a blood test and came out feeling uplifted and happy. I havent even received the results yet as I was only there an hour ago and I just have to write a review about how fantastic my experience was. I would recommend their services to anyone. 5* I will definitely be back.

Have used this Doctors on many occasions , this last one Doctor Sange went above on beyond care for me when I was taken into hospital all the way through my operation , constantly contacting me re assuring me , from di agonising me and sending me for mri to confirm his diagnosis rite through to my recovery he has been with me every step of the way , I couldnt have had this amount of care if I was royalty , thank you so much Dr Sange & On Call Doctors team.

This practice I came across by accident just doing a Google search due to health conditions I have been suffering from. I booked an appointment and visited On Call Doctors and spoke with Dr Sange. Dr Sange spent time listening to my concerns and treated me without feeling rushed. After organising some scans and blood tests Dr rang me to let me know the outcome. I am so grateful to this Dr for his help and will definitely be returning in the future. I just need to also giva mention to Karen the fabulous receptionist. Nothing is too much bother and she works well with Dr to get patients seen. Thank you again.

Poor bedside manner. Not forthcoming at all. No rapport or reciprocal relationship to try to solve problems. I was promised resources that were never sent over. I booked a set time appointment and because the doctor didn't keep to that time I got charged more without even being consulted! I ended up finding a service to help me of my own volition as the doctor was basically like, "shrug, don't know what to do about that, and don't care to find out for you." They were also inept at taking blood samples. I have never had problems with blood samples and have given blood regularly in the past with absolutely no issues. Both times I had tests here it was painful. Both times I had bruising and collapsed veins. The second time a hematoma developed in my arm. Absolutely appalling. For some reason they use these awful syringe collection tubes which nobody else uses, and couldn't hit another vein when I asked them to use a different one. A combination of poor technique and poor equipment. Seems like they just want to squeeze people for money without actually doing a good job. I'd rather wait 5 weeks for an appointment with my lovely NHS GP. I won't be returning. Picture taken 3 weeks after the test. You can see the bruise isn't even at the site of the needle entry. It's where my vein collapsed. It took over a month to heal and my arm is still sore!
