        Waited for the required shipment of second part of order for several weeks, holding up the whole job. Explained that I needed joists to lay on whacked type 1, was sent "joists" only suitable as spacers when screwed down to level concrete. I was told that the handling charge for returned goods was 30% plus over 80 courier fee! I had to use tbwr joists in the end and was out of pocket with a load of materials I have no use for. I recommend that you do not use this company.

        Ordered 6 decking angle trims,recieved an email 24 hours later cancelling my order as I havent bought any boards,my decking done with timber but wanted clean edges with the trims,no notice on website about having to purchase boards in order to buy another product, terrible service seem like a bunch of cowboys too me.
