Since starting hydrotherapy a few months ago with our papillon we have noticed significant improvements already and that's with just three sessions. Booking via email is easy and instructions on the website are clear. His first session involved a lot of trust building and they took the time to encourage him into the pool. They provide any equipment and it fits our small dog well. Prices are very reasonable and staff have been friendly and supportive. They've been very understanding of our limitations as a disabled family and this has been very important to me. He's enjoying swimming more and more and we hope to start more frequent sessions with him soon.

The young ladies who perform the hydrotherapy are skilled and pleasant. However the booking and appointment system is based on distrust, and communication is confusingly scattered across different media. The management need to improve on the customer relations front.
