For an oven clean Oven was still dirty and it wasnt a badly used single oven . I could scrape the grease off and scrape the shelves with a finger nail , it wasnt even touched . No shelving trays or side racks taken out and cleaned , light bulb could of been changed , and I fixed the grill by putting new bracket back on .I dont understand why this was left untouched , the class door was not slid back up to the top runner either, I spent 2 hours cleaning with only a degreaser as I had a new tenancy starting so was completely inconvenient and appalled by the works . They even called me and said the issues , sort of to say get a new oven , but the patches of rust where the enamel had come off at the back have been re enamelled, the light bulb and the grill bracket. All the things that an oven cleaner would supply maybe not the enamel paint . Polite on the phone , rude to agents Im told and didnt drop key off . Sent pictures of the grease and food left in the cooker , was left from the call that they would send me a invoice via text , nothing , had no response from the pictures , and sent pictures of after I had cleaned to tonight So if they mess up then dont expect an apology ,Glad I didnt trust and pay ! If used make sure you inspect the job before payment . Service: Deep clean
