Tim's personal and approachable style made a sad time a little easier by having the confidence that all was well organised. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and Tim was able to accomodate all requests promptly and in good humour. It's not a service that anyone relishes needing but I would strongly recommend Tim and his team to anyone in this unfortunate position.

I can not thank Tim enough for his kindness and thoughtfulness in helping to replace a flower vase on my friends grave. We live out of the area and only visiting for a day when we realised that it had been stolen. I found his details in online in order to get information about any local suppliers. So not only did he text me all the details, he then got in contact to say he had a spare one and replaced it for us once we had had to return home. I dont live in the area, but if this act of kindness and customer care is anything to go by, I would not hesitate to use his company again.

If anyone is in the unfortunate position of having to look for a Funeral Directors, I can highly recommend Tim Matthews Independent Family Funeral Home. The thought, care and compassion that Tim and his staff gave to myself and my family were outstanding. Being stuck in Australia and not being able to get home for my mothers funeral was a heartbreak. However Tim was always there to ensure I was happy with all the arrangements, even when I changed songs and readings, nothing was too much of a problem and was always at the end of the phone. Thank you Tim and your staff for making a difficult time so much easier than I could have ever imagined.
