For anyone who wanted to orders from this company. I can explain with the full reason why the most negative reviews had shown. I am a former employer in Sterling. Do not contact or ask for quotes. They are willing not return the email or phone calls back to you after the installations. They would ignores your call or delete your email. Steve Alexander is managing the department, he would stuck in the office all day only using phone calls and emails. That it. He had been laughed at me when I was about reaching at breaking point from my mental health issues. "We do care about ours employees", yeah, get the facts that you don't Steve. Rob Fleet, is assistant to Steve Alexander. He would clicked the orders to be approved for production frames. Not just some, he would clicks entire orders in week to ensure that it's all accepted. 250 - 300 per frames in a day with lesser of 30 workers. He is the one who covered up to the other employee who I filed a complaint to. But never got sorted and felt like they are discrimination against to my disability. The director is Dave, supposedly to look out for the issues And everything in this department. But didn't even care to tell them to sort the environment or situation out. Most of the machines that's is too way cheap and never repairs. They would used inexperienced technical like Tony, who would fixed them to make it work for temporary until it's breakdown again. Tony would said, "I'll be down in 5 minutes." Guess what? Never fix it until on the end of day at Friday, or Saturday as overtime. Highly recommend to buyers or reviewers to report this action towards Healthy & Safety Executive to inspect on everything including paperworks, employees status, environmental and hazardous checks, e.g. Trip, fire, wires, electric and first aids.

Used this company over the years and always had great service. Brook the surveyor gave lots of advice then the fitters were faultless ,no mess,nestvand tidy and polite ( Dave and Lisa ) . Very pleased and would highly recommend!
