        Delivered my new sofa and did not attach the recliner properly, its not even connected to the sofa now. Spending days ringing these up, with no answer. Been told that i would get a phone call back. Not heard anything. Will amend review when this has been sorted out..!! Ref 289675972

        Really difficult getting in touch. Get to caller #1 in queue just to end up at voice mail. Just pick up the phone, being playing phone call ping pong for 3 days now.
