Absolutely shocking Had a consultation and injection for dog and paid everything but the vet told to bring the dog in next day and Didnt have any consultation or never got in to checking the room never or checked . I wasnt aware or nobody informed. You have to pay consultation for the vet saying you Hi They asked to pay again as consultation That was joke Please be very careful. Ripping the people off

75 to trim cats claws is outrageous Complained to receptionist and explained that the vet didnt even examine the cat she said she would pass the details on but never heard anymore would of been nice to get some money back for such a terrible service. Just to follow upto your reply you say I had other things and consultation that is what I complained about to the receptionist it was hardly a consultation my cat didnt get heart listened to or look in eyes or ears or feel tummy she just looked in one side of her mouth and only 1 side might I add and then gave me a quote for 900 to have teeth cleaned. The consultation you refer to was not worthy or done as previously it was no consultation believe me. I did express this to the receptionist that took the payment as I dont feel I got the service I paid for but obviously the information wasnt passed on!!!!

Been using this vets for a while now and couldn't recommend them more. we recently had an emergency and the staff saw us straight away, getting river straight in for xrays and blood work and explaining everything to me thoroughly. I have also been seeing them regularly regarding an ongoing ear issue and they have been amazing, I wouldn't go anywhere else. a special shout out to Lucy, Amy, jen and paige for going above and beyond and being so professional and caring.

Came in to visit the Vet Warrington today as my cat has been having awful restless nights keeping me and my wife up late. I was warmly welcomed by a lady on the reception called Paige, who, in my opinion gave the best customer service experience I have seen in a long long time. I hope this review gets noticed by management and that Paige gets some recognition. People like this a few and far between

Cannot praise the staff and service enough. I was miles from home and my pup needed surgery, I was welcomed, listened to, accommodated and assured. My pup is recovering brilliantly. Thank you
