I don't understand the negative reviews. I have been with Birchwood Vets just over a year now and I have found them to be all really friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I always get an appointment when I can even on the same day. They are all animal lovers as most of them have there own pets so it's not just about the money ... unfortunately we don't have an n.h.s system for our animals xx

My Wilf has ear problems and saw Mia this morning.... She was lovely and very loving..... Excellent experience. Hopefully her medication will do the trick x

I honestly cant recommend these vets enough. My dog is already registered here & I have nothing but an amazing experience every time they have dealt with my dog. I have so much trust & faith in them. Today they helped me with an injured wild rabbit, the receptionists / vet nurses were so lovely, kind and helpful to me and the rabbit. I was so upset and they constantly reassured me. More importantly the team got the poor rabbit out of pain too. Such amazing vetinary practice and a credit to all animals. Thank you.

Stay away! The vets are lovely but the staff on the front desk and phone have NO manners or knowledge. This is the second time I've had a bad experience..1st time you give them a chance, 2nd taking time is too many. You feel like all they want is your money

Thank you Well 4 months on Iv gone from 5 stars to 1 it be zero if I could. I ain't going to name drop however she know who she is. 1 snot bag receptionist has resulted in me and my john the cat to go else where. Which is a shame because well it was all good until I encountered that. Also should they ever tell you there is no charge for any service that they do or vaccinations from these people make sure you get it in black and white because they like to bill you 4 months on should you miss a payment of there flea and worming club which has nothing to do with vaccinations Ps get better ccvt. And pps the door opens outwards.
