        So disappointed in this practice. Transferred from another medivet. Both times visited vets were rude and dismissive. Gave wrong information and didnt smile once. Theyre clearly not into people or animals. I have luckily just managed to find a family owned vets who have already been amazing compared to medivet. Stay clear of these impersonal chains!

        Complete pot luck on the vet, one is extremely poor. Due to the chance of ending up with them, I will not take my cats again. I have never seen such a poorly performed check up until I saw this particular vet.
