        Poor service not a patch on Enterprise in Warrington. Will not use again. Cars also stink of smoke and mine was dirty when I was supposed to pick up. The tall guy with the beard, I think he's the manager needs to work on his diplomacy with customers and not to talk down to them. Enterprise if you want the full COURTEOUS service.

        Booked a van on line ok. Then I have to chase up by phone after not receiving anything and they have no vans as they are all out on long term rent. Told me to go the Central Van hire. Poor.

        When I called to ask about a reservation I made, they told me that I would have to pay a 600 insurance excess deposit. I was floored because the Budget in Liverpool only charges you 70. I quickly changed my reservation to the Liverpool Budget. Make sure you ask ahead of time!!
