They really do go the extra mile for their customers. I can not thank Peter, Alan and the team enough. They have restored my faith in car sales. After a stressful few months of motoring made worse by a different dealership. The team at IMG have shown us the true meaning of excellent customer service and compassion. Peter, Alan and the team have made our expirence of part ex our previous car a stress free one. Something I will be forever grateful for. I was told Peter can work miracles and he truly did. Along with excellent customer service. Listening to their customer and providing us with everything we asked. They may be as mad as a box of frogs but that also adds to the service. No pushy sales either. So if your looking for a new car please do pay them a visit you certainly won't regret it.

Rather a strange experience to be honest. Drove 60 miles to attend a pre-booked appointment to view a nearly new car. We were met by the car cleaner who unlocked the car we wanted to view, but then would not leave us alone to look round the car. He just kept on and on about what he could and couldn't do in the sales process. He did seem rather annoyed when we pointed out the numerous issues with the nearly new car that included broken interior trim, missing aerial, sweets/crisps/empty plastic cups/chewing gum around the interior of the "valeted" car, cigarette burn etc etc. The car had also had a poor quality paint repair job all down one side of it as well as both the bumpers. There was still signs of masking tape, over-spray, rough edges and compound showing. The car cleaner chap was very dismissive of this and could not answer what level of accident damage the car had previously suffered. The salesman then appeared and we were led into what can only be described as an old and tatty porta-cabin. Certainly NOT the smart looking dealership that they use in their website pictures!!! We were then offered a crazily low value for our part exchange car that did not match the Auto Trader part exchange valuation. We left soon after and went on to view another car at a Seat dealer in Bury. The experience there was perfect and within an hour, we had purchased a car of the exact same model and age, with less miles, that had been beautifully valeted and prepared, for the same screen price. We received 1200 more for our part exchange as well. IMG certainly need to look at their processes, the appearance of both their premises and their used cars, and the attitude of their staff.
