I literally rang up in the morning to come see a car that evening I turned up and the car was full of mold and the sales guy expected me to clean it before I took it out avoid like the plage

Bought a pt cruiser from them they said it was all ok and would give it a health check . It arrived 5 days later as we arranged delivery with them at it arrived about 5mp I didn't pay too much attention. Next day we we used it we found it needed new battery, new starter motor central locking not working and will be expensive to trace fault the car was untouched with melted sweets in the glove box and under the seat.it needs a oil and filter change and air filter We are appalled that a dealer would sale a car like this we have emailed the garage with this list and have had no response which doesn't surprise me so are having to take legal advise as the car is not fit for purpose

Paid 325 deposit for a car which got delivered at 12.15 last night! Full of rust and cracked tail lights which were held together with selotaope. Obviously this was not mentioned over the phone or in the description. Am currently having to go through the financial ombudsman to claim my money back because the owner is refusing to reimburse me, and also has the cheek to request another 200 for the delivery of a car I do not have. Appalling service.
