Just bought are new car from Chester Road motors and really couldn't be happier. Alex is a truly lovely person and couldn't have made it any easier for us, no hard sells at any point of are purchase and we're just left to make are own minds up. Great price with new breaks as well. Would highly recommend if you see your next car at Chester road motors

I bought a car at the start of lockdown, and couldn't be happier with the car and the service from Alex. He gave us solid advice on which model to go for and why he thought it would be better for us and I couldn't agree more. Love the car and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex and Chester road motors to anyone.

Bought a car from these a while ago. Told me they would fix it before I collected when a fault occurred on a test drive. Told me to get a garage to look at it and they would pay. Never did pay, Just bodged it to the point the engine was tapping and lost confidence in the car. Then refused to refund the cost of the car. Court letters prompted a partial refund. Lost out to the tune of over 500. Go elsewhere is my advice. In Response to the comment below. No recovery vehicle was sent, I paid to return the vehicle to you. I was asked to pay for diagnostics at my local garage which I was told would be been paid by yourselves, which never did. Hence being out of pocket to 500. 2 Court letters were sent due to vehicle developing a knocking noise because of low oil pressure, and a reluctance to refund on a faulty car. Bodged repair was at your garage.

I understand why someone may call Alex's operation "Arthur Daley ish" but the service we had with our S-Max was excellent. We had a problem with our storage box between the two seats which could not be fixed so Alex sourced one and sent it to us. I got a local garage to fit it. Very pleased with the car.
