Bought ,paid in full ,car delivered with horn not working nearly 2yrs later still not fixed and no communications ,guess its up to me to sort and pay for ,as a single parent who is struggling, please be careful when buying

Avoid this company at all costs. I bought car In May and when I got it home I found a number of problems. The warranty they gave me was useless as no garage will go near it. I contacted the garage to get this sorted and they said they would. Since then they have ignored my calls, messages and emails and now I can't get hold of them at all.

I wanted a car that I could teach my daughter to drive in because COVID stopped learner lessons. My daughter found a car she would like to learn in and on 27th Feb I sent a fully refundable deposit, so the car could be sanitised for a test drive. On the 3rd Mar the car was driven to my house, it was obvious there had been a repair to the wing as there was a massive gap to the bonnet and the wing mirror did not fit to the body work. If I could have viewed the car on site I would not have been interested. The deposit as of the 3rd Apr has not been refunded after multiple texts. They also only offered me 250 for my car for part exchange but I found out later the minimum should have been 570. In conclusion Bridge View under value part exchange cars and do not repay any deposits.
