I bought a bmw 1 series back in February and the timing chain went on it two weeks ago. When viewing the car I asked if the chain had been replaced, Dave said no as the chains are guaranteed for life. The garage I took my car to be fixed at asked if the chain had been replaced because he could see signs of tampering along with other bits that should not be in the engine. 2500 down the drain to get it fixed.

Mixed review. Really friendly and lovely people. Helped me through the whole process, Bought a 318d BMW off Dave in February. I still have the car it drives amazing and Ive had no problems. However the car was advertised to come with full service history. Before I collected the car it was agreed the car would have a service and MOT. The MOT had been completed and On collection of the car as I checked online. I asked Dave for the recent service that had been completed, Dave did not have the sheet on him. I asked Dave if he could email me or send me the sheet in the post once received, off the mechanic. I assume they had the opinion of a young 22 year old girl who wouldnt have a clue about cars or service history. Dave explained it would be on the key anyway, however he did not get the service done at a BMW garage so it could of not been on the key. Again they must of thought.I would not have enough knowledge however I put my trust in Dave to send me the service sheet in the post when he had liaised with the garage who completed it. I sent Dave texts and never had a reply. I then checked to see if the full service history was on the key. No it has services up to 2016 at BMW and no trace of service history after that at all. I have been sold a car with partial service history that was advertised with full. I would not of bought a car without full service history for several reasons. Good garage to buy a car from however I put to much trust in them to tell me the truth. Now Im not even sure if my car ever had a service a few days before I bought it. As soon as I collected the car it flashed up saying I needed a service. Took my car for a real service and it needs over a thousand pounds worth spending on it! They literally sold me a car someone didnt want to do work on.

I recently bought a vehicle from Junction 9 which unfortunately developed faults soon after. The after service and quick response from Dave at Junction 9 was amazing. They responded immediately to my concerns and rectified the situation promptly. Although faults did occur with the vehicle it was Junction 9's willingness to rectify the situation that turned the situation around. Well done guys. Keep up the good work. I would definitely recommend.
