Outstanding experience with Anthony and Paul at Furness Rigby. I was a distance buyer and their support and communication was unparalleled throughout. Really set themselves apart from the competition with excellent after sales support beyond my expectations. Compared to the growing trend of car supermarkets who are only interested in a quick sale, Anthony and Paul offer an incredibly personal experience without being pushy or trying to sell all the flashy extras. Would gladly recommend them to any prospective buyer!

Very disappointed with this place. Car listed with 'full service history', but there was a period on the car where the car was serviced 14 months late and after 22,000 miles!!! That's not full service history, there should have been 2 services for that period, any respectable car seller would acknowledge that. Pictures were also misleading, as there wasn't any mention of the horrid bodge job repair on the front bumper lip of the 1 series. Never seen such a shoddy repair. When mentioned to the firm their mechanic (PAUL) denied knowing about it, yet the sales team (Anthony) claimed it was factored into the price - yet they failed to actually show it in pictures? Finally, one of the horrid sales team members has 0 phone manner, and communication is awful, as when we called on the day, they almost tried to fob us off with "well David never told me about you coming". Laughable, SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
