    A Shambles from beginning to end!! Part 1 I bought a Maserati from Lowton Motor Company and their subsiduary The Car Lounge in early March '23. I viewed the vehicle with salesman M*** , We agreed that the following matters would be completed prior to payment and collection. 1. Two new front tyres 2. Diamond cut to all 4 alloy wheels 3. Replacements to all wheel central covers ( central hubs) if possible in colour, either Maserati blue/red trident or red trident if possible 4. Full valet throughout 5. MOT 6. Service 7. Paintwork chips on bodywork touched up So how did they do? 1. No new tyres, the said they would send me 2 new tyres. that I could then have fitted, this didn't happen. I was repeatedly told this was best and that they'd been sent, this was a lie told more than once, they called after this on day 6 asking me to give them the tyre sizes, why if you've ordered them? When I told them I had ordered 2, they agreed to refund 300 on production of an invoice, this was sent to S**** on March 8th, and as of tonight March 14th at 8pm, the refund hasn't happened, I doubt it now will after this review. The tyres cost me 550, not the 300 offered ... as above still to be received. 2. The wheels were polished not diamond cut, there are still scratch marks in the wheel centres. 3. These hadn't arrived when I collected the vehicle, apparently they came that afternoon and would be posted on. 13 days later they've still to arrive. I've bought these now myself along with new valve caps, that have been received from China .. you'd have thought Warrington was closer. 4. Completed and done well. 5. This was completed apparently, however back to point 1 and the tyres, The MOT stated that the fronts had 3.2 and 3.5mm of tread, they had less than 2mm, confirmed 7 days later by Halfords when the new ones were put on, I'd done less than 200 miles. All 4 tyres were vastly overinflated, the backs had 3.7 and 4.0bar, they should have had 2.6. The tracking on all 4 had to be corrected all were in the red ... the car now drives properly. Don't get an MOT done here if you want to be sure your car is roadworthy ... do if you want to endanger yourself and other road users, 6. Nothing appears to have been done, no marks in service history. 7. Done, I guess only because I paid 395 for ceramic coating, so it's covered them, not repaired them See Part 2 of review ...

I am delighted with my new and very low mileage all-time dream car which I was in possession of in less than a week. Anthony is truely a credit to the Car Lounge & Lowton Motor Company names. I will definately visit again for my next purchase, however I will need some serious head-turning to prise my affections away from this Evoque Convertible!
