I bought a BMW from Cottell Motor Co and it was an excellent experience, all the way through the process. From first seeing the car on the Website and being able to estimate finance payments clearly before you buy. Then when actually viewing the car on-site and looking through all the documentation and records and undertaking a test drive. The delivery was very smooth going through the pre-collection check list with them and then driving the car away. Nothing is too much for them. For after sales I had a few queries about how certain things worked on the car and they explained clearly how all these items worked to me. It was a very professional set up to deal with, I would defiantly recommend if you are looking for a quality prestige used car.

EXEMPLARY customer service from initial phone call to driving off the forecourt! I bought a Jag XF S last week the car had been carefully sourced and was presented in fantastic condition with a full dealership service history. What really stood out though was the emphasis on customer satisfaction. Elliott is an absolute pleasure to deal with, courteous, professional and honest. A simple deposit held the car until I was able to view, there was no pressure to buy and plenty of time to view the car at our leisure. He kept in touch throughout the buying process and made the whole thing seem effortless. I would have no hesitation in going back to Cottrells again in the future for another vehicle.
