AVOID!---Purchased a car within 12 months started having issues, took it back to them whilst was still in warranty, was told nothing wrong with it, a month later car starts breaking down, then was conveniently out of warranty, had to pay 560 For a repair, then a day after I pick the car up it breaks down, took it to another garage 110 repair which was caused by a part not fitted properly, and been to various garages since with constant problems, AVOID!!!

Bought a car from them last year started with the minor issues had to take to them three times and after a few days the problem will come again. Still having the issue with my front driver side wheels I was they will get back to me but they never did. Thats not even the worst part. After 8 months of buying the car the engine got seized. It wis still on very low mileage have checked out by the bmw authorised garage there was major work done on my engine which was not mentioned anywhere not was I informed. I called them with it and they said give us the garage number. After they talked to them asked for a week for manager to come back to work. I never received no call from them. I gave them a call and then they just said youve had the car for 8 months and youve driven it as well we cant do anything. Had to go with so much trouble just by buying car from them. I would never have bought car in the first place if I new there was work done on the engine. Very disappointed had to go through a lot of mental stress. Possibly will take legal actions as well.

From the initial call to collection Jason was absolutely fantastic. The customer service alone was best id received. The car I purchased had a few minor defects but Jason made sure it was all sorted prior to collection. Already done 1000 miles and i could not be happier. This is the place to look if youre after your next car.

I bought a car from here a couple of months ago and waited to leave a review. The car was perfect but had a couple of issues - temperature sensor and tpms sensor which occurred just after buying the car. I was told I would be looked after and... They were right. I dropped the car off and had a coffee for the temperature sensor. I took the car back for the tpms, which was a little longer and picked up the same day. I wouldn't hesitate buying another car from here again. Such a pleasant change from your normal garages. You delivered on your promises. Thanks to Jason and Vicky.
