I thoroughly enjoyed the classroom environment and the way.we had.our sessions delivered by Mark. I would recommend Mark as a highly professional and effective trainer without question .

I cannot recommend Richmond enough if you are in the yachting industry and need to get your Food and Hygiene Level 2!! Due to the new MCA regulations, you can't get the certificate fully online anymore (it won't be recognized, do your research). It was a pain to find somewhere that offered the in-person course or the virtual session especially since I'm currently in France... the one place I did find that offered it was 200. I finally stumbled upon Richmond, which let me do the course remotely at my own pace on my computer, but proctored the final test so that it will be recognized by MCA. It was half the price as the in-person option and I didn't have to sit through a lecture, I could just go through the interactive notes myself. Mark was EXTREMELY responsive and emailed me back every time within minutes. Thanks Mark!!

*****Highly Recommended***** Fantastic training centre, high quality tutors with a very friendly approach and lots of motivation to succeed, they are very professional and very knowledgeable in the subjects they teach. This is the second course I have done with Richmond Training Centre and both times went so smoothly, from start to finish and if I needed help, it was a case of email the tutor and a response within 24 hours. Will definitely use Richmond Training Centre Again to further or improve my Career. Thank You very much Mark.

I completed my IQA award With RTA. Being as assessor myself, I understand the difficulties. However, Mark was superb. Encouraging, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely return to Mark at RTA for further qualifications. In fact, Ive been thinking about a few! Thank you Mark for working with me and even giving me time on a weekend, all the best, Ben
