I was poorly and in n out of hospital so missed my second part of my cscs test.
I have been contacting since May to get this set up again and heard nothing back other than one occasion, asking for my number which I sent and never heard anything again.
3 individuals I have contacted several times and even the customer experience email on the 3rd of October and still havent received anything!
I never received my 6 month certificate to allow me to work on sites which is going to expire in November so I havent been able to obtain any work which requires cscs, due to having no proof!
Ive sent a lot of emails and and text messages, made several phone calls and still nothing.
Absolute waste of my time.
UPDATE: Did eventually receive a certificate for something that had expired so was absolutely useless anyway! And received no response what so ever in regards to completing my cscs course. Terrible company to deal with.
