First time they had run the course online and I was a bit sceptical about how it would work and also if there would be a lot of technical issues. However it went great. Rob was a brilliant trainer and all the course content, handouts etc were fantastic and will certainly come in very handy with my job role. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Excellent training. Staff are very knowledgeable, and take there time to lead you through the course.

I felt the content of the course was mediocre and extremely dragged out to inflate the cost of the course. After consulting with work colleagues and receiving feedback from similar courses they have attended, I realised there are alternative courses available, which are more beneficial, informative and having extra valuable content and would be excellent for a person wishing to improve their fire safety knowledge. The thing which I find most disappointing from this company is their aftercare. I had a query and my email was ignored the first time, the second email I received, the responder was clearly arrogant and not interested in anything I had to say unless I would be purchasing further training. For this reason I will not be using this company again neither would I recommend them, especially when there are training providers out there who value there customers and offer courses with valuable content at a reduction of the cost.

Ok so I have been in the industry for 25yrs. This was by far the best course I have attended!! The days ran perfectly. Easy to follow and Julian Richardson was the perfect tutor. His knowledge was second to none and his teaching manner was fun but direct and the facts had a tendency to stick. I am going back for the second part in No ember and cant wait. Thank you Vulcan. Thanks to you I will now Fire Risk Assess with pure confidence!!
