Popped in to pick up an exchange flo gas 7Kg bottle, paid 35 for it and as a bit of a novice thought gas must just be expensive. Did a little research afterwards (wish I'd done this first) and found on average price is 25 - 27

As a 1st time caravan owner ( novice ) I booked my new purchase in for a full service. I informed the staff at Tow Trail of my lack of knowledge of my caravan as I had purchased it from a garage at a very good price but unfortunately they had no experience of caravans. The lack of hand over knowledge was more important to me than I imagined as a 1st time caravaner, I explained this Paul and he said that after the service was completed a member of staff ( Aidee ) would spend some time with me to run through the set up of the water system, the electrics and the gas. What a wonderful thing to do, this information has been so important to me and has given me a lot of confidence and it is much appreciated. Recently I had a problem with a NO WATER FLOW problem so I went back to them and asked for help, to them it was a very simple fix, all it was that caused the problem was the external suction pipe had lost a rubber washer and was sucking in air. It was Simple to them but disastrous to me in the middle of a field. They very kindly found me 2 rubber washers 3 they could of tried to sell me a full part 30 but they were very helpful and genuine. I recommend them to everybody for a full service right down to a rubber washer including verbal help and advice. I now feel as an existing customer I have back up on my journey as a novice caravaner.
