        Travelled to the Sky store in Warrington today to ask for help inserting my new Sky sim. I found Dean arrogant unhelpful and rude l explained l didn't know how to take the back off my phone, his reply was l would have to learn went on to ask had l no family to do it. He directed me to a young man who sold phone cases a few yards away, saying ask him, this lovely young man opened my phone and inserted my new sim at no charge. Dean is certainly no asset to Sky.

        Went for some advice to the warrington shop and was seen by a salesman there called Dean. We have been with sky for years and met some lovely engineers but today I thought this rep was extremely rude, unhelpful and arrogant which would give the sky company a bad reputation. Fortunately when we got home and phoned sky we were dealt with by a very polite gentleman who sorted everything out for us.
