        I am really disappointed with how our account has been looked after. Telephone calls and emails remain unresponded to. They do not have SLA's in place-or if there is they just won't communicate it. There is no escalation process for complaints. No one takes accountability or follows up on the things they promise. For a small company the service is poor.
