Horrendous service. We have paid a lot of money over three years for a system that has never worked. The call quality problem was blamed on the router, so we changed to one supplied by them (another 140 wasted) and our Broadband that was blamed, but we have 2 providers, and another user in Poland with a super fast connection, and none of them worked with Saffwood VOIP. The biggest problem is missed calls which has resulted in a loss of business. The other main issue is the terrible call quality leading us to use mobiles. On top of that, lots of numbers were blocked despite numerous requests to remove all blocks. We have wasted many hours troubleshooting, but the loss of business is the main problem. Saffwood blame everything except themselves, and do nothing to remove the problems. I intend to see if I have any legal recourse and would advise anyone to steer well clear.
