        The call was automated, quite simple to use though I didn't get a confirmation text so I did ring and speak to someone to check but I was booked in already and the operator was helpful. The cab arrived on time after receiving a text to say they were on their way, driver was professional & friendly, overall great service

        Deserve 0 stars. Ordered a taxi in advance (3 hours prior) for 2pm so I could get a train at 20 past. Despite leaving plenty of room for a delay, the taxi service didnt dispatch a driver until 2:15 which was 8 minutes away from my destination. Missed my train but cancelled the taxi and got an Uber instead an hour later. Nice one ABBA, great service.
