        Avoid at all costs. Do not deserve even the one star. No final certificate issued without my knowledge almost two years later, signed off poor workmanship whereby my roof and ceilings are failing after less than 2 years and I am having to live with a leak and fork out the costs with a one year old infant. The builder seemed to favour certain inspectors who seemingly accept back handers. I have no idea how people like this sleep at night.

        Poor service with the final certificate that took the best part of a year to sign off. Reason was apparently covid, however this seems to blamed for most things when companies drop the ball. Im sure if I had not paid up front, then the delay would not have occurred
