Been having trouble with my hands for months, had a shoulder arm and hand massage and feel amazing . I have no pain in my hands. Stuart was great and made me feel so relaxed. Would highly recommend.

Ive been to see Stu four times now over the last few months after suffering with piriformis syndrome for years. Despite treatment from conventional sources, osteopaths and chiropractors, along with being treated with different medications I find that, in my case, a combination of deep tissue massage, cupping and stretching techniques has made a tremendous difference for me. My visits are becoming more infrequent, good for me but not for Stus business, with longer lasting relief from the sciatica type pain Ive been experiencing for years. Excellent service. I spoke to Stuart after having trouble with my back due to an accident. He fixed me up with an appointment and he certainly knew what he was talking about. I would certainly recommend him.

I felt extremely comfortable and put at ease with how proffesional my experience was, I have been going regularly to maintain and repair muscles and havent had a negative experience so far and can confidently say i never will. I wasn't sure if it would benefit me however you can feel a huge difference not just on the day but days after and I am happy to say my performance has also improved dramatically. Overall I would recommend this to anyone, weather it be for performance increase or recovery.
