First time for a sports massage. Was painful but did the job. Already feel better and would definitely recommend, will be attending again in the future but probably will book the hour instead of the 30 mins.

Went to Sam afew weeks ago now,with Sciatica a very painful condition,and have to say the therapy that he gave me was excellent I left feeling 100% better I must say going to see Sam was the best thing that I have done.He sent me on email afew excercises to follow each day which I have done religiously,its not all one way,so you have to do your bit.I will book him again in the next couple of weeks,but now feel alot more confident when I run the Manchester 10k in May,as have been running in pain for many months.

Walked in with a long term hand injury after two sessions could use the hand almost like normal again amazing turnaround in a week

Went to sort a Shoulder problem which hadn't gone in 4 weeks. Sorted it and with advice for the aftercare and exercises 2 weeks later all is fine again. Would definately use again when needed
