        Sofa came with footstool which I did not as to order. Order placed by staff in error however they will not accept responsibility, nor will they take the item back / refund me the money. Very disappointed in their attitude towards me and the situation. Would not recommend my friends and family to do business in that store. Shame really as I am in love with the sofa that we chose and the quality is lovely. Their customer service however is appauling.
