Receive our new car yesterday. Absolutely over the moon with it. Cannot thank Philip enough for all his help throughout all of the process, he has kept us informed through every step and has always been really lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again!

Just want to say a massive thank you to Philip Coles at Skoda, from the start of the process for our car to end where we collected he has been so helpful and always at hand to help, advise and also to reassure us on our first motability car, I was anxious and worried and didnt have a clue where to start but Phil was amazing, thank you so much for everything and will definitely be recommending to people, see you in 3-5 years when we come back for our next car x

Car handover was excellent. Lewis went out of his way to enable us to try each car we were interested in, helping us evaluate our requirements. The only thing which could have been improved would have been to keep us updated when the delivery of the car went beyond expectation set.

Such an exciting day today when we went to collect our new Skoda Karoq. Thank you to Lewis for his enthusiasm, knowledge and his willingness to go out of his way explaining everything to us. We were updated on our cars travels from very early on. From being manufactured,transport to Docks, shipping until arrival at showroom. To say we're thrilled with our car is an understatement. Thank you Lewis and all the team for everything you've done to make this happen.
