        Very nice flats and communal areas, unfortunately they have cut the staffing hours from 10 hours a day 7 days a week to less than 4 hours a day with no staff on weekends or bank holidays. By the time some of the residence get up and mobil the staff have gone. They used to have excellent staff there but most have been made redundant I hear. Two of the Out of hours pull cord didnt work and weve been waiting 10 months for a key safe to be fixed. Shame really as a nice place but after speaking to several residence they feel let down by the lack of staff.
