I actually met up with Matt and showed him what I wanted, sent him my image and wording, he came back with options and I decided what I wanted, all done very quickly to a very high standard, would definitely use again.

First time using this service. I initially had a problem, but Matt made an all out effort to resolve it. I am very happy with the outcome and hugely impressed by their customer service. I am about to become a repeat customer. Highly recommended.

Has taken over a month to get the package to Spain, missing Christmas which was a shame as it was a gift for my wife. The postal strikes were blamed for the delay, however I am not sure if the item was handed over to the post office when stated as what was told to me and the tracking are very different dates. I also had to send an email 5 days after placing the order to see when my order would be processed. If I was outside the UK I dont think I would order from them unless they offered other shipping options. Shame, as the site was easy to use and like the sustainable clothing option which would have been perfect for my wifes business.
