We called in for lunch today, my husband ordered a ham salad, I ordered a salad with meatballs, I asked for the meatballs to be put in a tub, when we got to the till, we were overcharged by 1 we didn't have crisps, or any drinks, we were also charged a further 30 pence for extra cheese, we did not ask for extra cheese, our order came to almost 10 which is a blatent rip off! I had 3 meatballs in a tub, which was half full, the meatballs were cold! When we complained at the till about being overcharged by 1.30 the manager (a lady with dark long hair) was very loud and shouted "house rules" at us! Needless to say we will not be returning again and we are in awe of their lack of customer service skills, in fact we found the whole experience, absolutely diabolical!
