I had 3 meatballs in a tub, which was half full, the meatballs were cold!
When we complained at the till about being overcharged by 1.30 the manager (a lady with dark long hair) was very loud and shouted "house rules" at us!
Needless to say we will not be returning again and we are in awe of their lack of customer service skills, in fact we found the whole experience, absolutely diabolical!
