Callands Care Home

Mum is on ullswater wing of this care home receiving end of life care. From the first day mum came here. All the staff are amazing and exceptional at providing high level care for our love ones. All the staff are friendly and respectful and very helpful. You can see that the staff take pride in there work and caring for there patients. We know mum doesn't have long and we couldn't of wish for a better place. All the staff here are angels. A very big Thank you to all the staff, you truly are all amazing.

I've been on respite care since June 2022 on the lakeside unit and the experience has been great amazing staff from nurses ,carers,cleaners,kitchen staff everyone goes out of there way to make you feel.part of the lakeside family and as the time comes nearer for me to move on to my own accommodation I'm going to miss dearly the whole team I highly recommend this unit for anyone who needs the help thank you all

I would like to thank all of the staff on the Windermere wing for looking after my dad for just over 6 months following a very bad fall at the end of the summer. I am very grateful for your patience and for helping my dad adapt to living in a care home. My dad has now moved to a home closer to where I live but after being discharged from hospital it was a great relief to me to know that my dad was safe. The experience has certainly underscored for me the importance of care homes and I am very grateful for your efforts. Thank you.
